Archdiocese of Baltimore Chapter 11 Reorganization Update – As you are likely aware, the Archdiocese of Baltimore has recently filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in response to a new law in Maryland that retroactively and permanently removes the time limits on filing civil lawsuits regarding historic cases of child abuse. Included with this message are some helpful links and additional resources providing information on the Chapter 11 reorganization. This information is also posted on our parish web site: www.stannchurch.com.
Most importantly, let us continue to pray for victim-survivors of abuse that they may receive the healing and comfort they deserve from our loving and merciful God.
